Happy to welcome you with your child joining our school and thank you for confirming your plan for the school year of 2023-2024. We are happy to learn that you choose WowKid Preschool for your child's learning journey.
You have two options to enroll your child:
1. Book an appointment and come to our school, you may fill-up the forms and follow the enrollment process with the assistance of our adminssion team.
2. You may enroll online and accomplish enrolment process form, then come to our school for payment and submission of printed forms thats needs your signture.
So, we would like to ask few minutes of your time to fill-up our forms online for the SY: 2023-2024. To confirm your children’s enrollment, you may download and fill-up our enrollment forms and bring to our school or simply fill-up the form online for the 2023-2024 school year, kindly complete these following forms for your child ASAP. Our admission office will follow up with the teachers and confirm with your family soon after receiving your submitted forms.

Step 1: Kindly fill-up the Registration form and Child Information form online.
Step 2: We will contact you upon recieving to come to formally register in our school admission office. You may please download and fill-up our Admission Agreemenmt and Medical Consent Form. We need your actual signature for some forms in pdf while other forms online can be done in soft or hardcopy. The Family Questionaire is required fill-up online to help us understand the skills and attitude of your child; we could support her/his learning process and needs effectively.
Step 3: Kindly pay the tuition fee of your child to recieve free Kids Sleeping Bag and get your child schedule to start schooling as soon as possible.
