Parents Communications

WowKid Preschool Team and WKP Parent must have a systematic and harmomious communication at all time. Our school use the following information guide to ehnace effective communication process regarding the child learning process and performance at the school.

Parent and WKP Communication

• Parents are welcome and encouraged to visit their child’s class. While we have an "open door" policy, we kindly ask parents to make arrangements with the school office in order to minimize disruptions to the learning program.

• Parents can expect termly comments about their child’s progress. Children enrolled in our preschool programs (Seed, Sowing, Growth and Blossom Class) receive photos and individualized comments via Class Dojo on student timelines and Google Photos.

• Parents can also expect daily updates about classroom activities. These updates are posted on Class Dojo by Homeroome Teachers at least once a week and often include classroom photos that highlight the information shared in the update.

• Parents will also receive announcements from theTeachers and/or School office about programs, events, and campus activities via Class Dojo or Chatting face-to-face at arrival/pickup times.

• Parents concerned with the care of their child, or any incidents at the school, are encouraged to speak with their child’s Class Teacher before contacting the School Manager.

• Parents are encouraged to communicate with WKP staff through:

  • Class Dojo direct messages

  • Email

  • Communication Notes (kept in the front office)

  • Chatting face-to-face at arrival/pickup times

  • Meetings
